Understanding these helps you address the root cause instead of just managing symptoms.

A] Nervous System Tension

Stress doesn’t just live in your mind. It lives in your gut.

When your nervous system is in overdrive, your gut motility slows down.

Food sits longer than it should. Gas builds up. You feel tight, uncomfortable, and bloated even though you haven’t eaten anything “bad.”

When I Use It
