Hi, I’m Sarah Kay Hoffman

…aka A Gutsy Girl.

At one point or another, I have been diagnosed with the following: SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), “adrenal fatigue,” a low functioning thyroid, Colitis, leaky gut syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and unexplained infertility.

Today, after over a decade spent studying, researching, and healing myself, I now teach Type A, over-achieving, exhausted + super bloated women worldwide how to heal their gut and heal their lives.
