Meet A Gutsy Girl.

Sarah Kay Hoffman is the founder of A Gutsy Girl, which was founded in 2012 as a way to connect with women worldwide who were also seemingly sitting in silence about all things IBS, IBD, infertility, and more.

What began as an online journal documenting the day-to-day with one health issue after the next, would become less story-focused; more research and journalistic-based.

Sarah Kay Hoffman graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing/English/Mass Communications. After years of struggling with her own health issues and considering there must be more to healing than the answers she was given, she went on to study at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, adding a CHC (Certified Health Coach) to her education.

She began devoting every last single spare second to studying, researching, (and practicing!) and things gut health and gut healing.

When Sarah is not giving back to the Gutsy community, she is likely writing on a more personal level at A Thyme for Milk and Honey, traveling, drinking lattes, reading her Bible, and soaking up all the love that is her husband, three adorable children, family, and friends.

Her full story can be found HERE.

Learn more about my 'Healing Blooms from Within' Health Coaching Program

I'm Trinity Morrow, a certified health coach + Gutsy girl.

I am currently completing a master's of science in Integrative Medicine at Georgetown University. I have a biomedical engineering degree from Duke University and am a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

My education, experience health coaching, and own gutsy problems with SIBO, celiac disease, and leaky gut made me passionate about using evidence-based methods to help gutsy women holistically heal. I enjoy working with women who are eager to overcome their health challenges, open-minded, and eager to learn.

When I'm not studying, I love to cook (allergy friendly recipes, of course), rock climb, mountain bike, travel, and paint.

I'm Kimberly, A Gutsy Girl assistant.

I might be a little nervous at first, but inside I'm itching to start my conversation, so I do.

I'm Kimberly, a social media manager and Instagram Marketer. I love helping and meeting new people from different places all over the world. Meeting and effectively talking with them will help me gain more knowledge and skills on various works, especially in social media.

Before I became a Virtual Assistant, I worked as Human Resource Personnel for almost three years. But due to this Pandemic, I decided to stay at home and work being a VA.

I support and believe in A Gutsy Girl's mission to help fellow women heal their guts.
