Courtney King {story of finding true health}

In 2016, Courtney King was named Ms. Bikini Olympia. 

But in 2017, her world crashed down when an “unexplained illness” hit hard. 

Now, you might have just read these first few sentences and thought,

Next. How could I possibly relate to a bikini model?

But let me tell you – you might relate to her in far more ways than other gut health episodes I do.

You see, Courtney pushed her body to all physical limits via dieting, fitness, and all the extra life stressors.

Her pinnacle for control over that physique was followed by the depths of illness with a journey to recover that she could have never imagined.

The truth is that my own story is so similar to hers. The same stressors she put on her body, I put on my own. And here’s the thing, you don’t have to be training for an extreme bikini competition in order to face the repercussions of those stressors. 

Clearly I was never training for a bikini competition and yet I, too, was diagnosed with many things Courtney was.
