This post is about so much more than ‘gluten-free holiday baking essentials.’ In fact, you’ll want to bookmark and save this one for later. Mark my words.

From this list, you’ll also know if the ingredient is dairy free, Paleo, egg free, sugar free, and/or soy free.

You’re welcome.

Food Intolerant Holiday Baking Essentials Key

  • Every item on the list is gluten free.
  • DF = dairy free
  • P = Paleo
  • EF = egg free
  • SF = sugar free (Whole items without any added sugar, I labeled as sugar free. For example, applesauce, bananas, and sweet potato flour. I included honey, dates, and items like that as SF as well, but it’s totally subjective and up to you how you want to view it. Additionally, I included nonnutritive sweeteners in the SF category as well because many of you who are SF are still using things like monkfruit and Stevia. If you aren’t sure what a nonnutritive sweetener is, click HERE.)
  • Soy F = soy free

A note about the fact that this is a gluten-free list.

Every single item on here is gluten free.

That said, if you have Celiac disease, you must read the labels to make sure the item is certified gluten free.

For example, the Puffins are gluten free because they are verified to contain less than 20 ppm gluten. But they are not certified gluten free, and this could be critical if you have Celiac disease.

BTW – There is a separate list dedicated just for you low-FODMAP’er bakers. Grab it via 50+ Low-FODMAP Baking Ingredients.

Where to Buy Gluten-Free Baking Ingredients

All of the below can be found at your local grocery store (yes, many are even at small stores and Walmart). Just be sure to look at the ingredients panel on the back of the package, as sometimes added fillers creep in.

For everything you cannot find locally, you will find online. I have linked to many of the online sources on the actual items below, but if you choose to purchase through various sites, use my code(s) to save money for yourself!

  1. Thrive Market (Use THIS LINK to save 25% off your first order.)
  2. Amazon
  3. Lakanto (Code AGUTSYGIRL to save 15%.)
  4. Perfect Supplements (Code GUTSY10 to save 10%.)

To make this even easier for you, I have added a tab to the Master Gutsy Spreadsheet HERE for direct links.

The tab is called, “Holiday Baking.”
