Try-It-All Bundle: 4 Gut Health Supplements for $99

Sharing is caring!

I’m often asked which of my supplements to start with.

My honest answer? It depends on your gut.

And you won’t really know until you try.

So I made trying easy. The Try-It-All Bundle is one of each of my four everyday formulas (Tummy Soothe, Good Guys, Move Now, and Break Down) for $99. Bought separately, they’re $159.

Here’s what each one does, how to start them without the overwhelm, and how to figure out which ones to keep.

The Try-It-All Bundle at a glance

  • What’s inside: Tummy Soothe, Good Guys, Move Now + Break Down
  • Price: $99 (a $159 value), with free shipping
  • Covers: digestion, microbiome, motility and gut lining support
  • How to start: one product at a time, a few days apart
  • Type: one-time purchase, no subscription

But first, what does your gut need every day?

Your gut has four everyday jobs:

  1. Break food down so you can absorb what you eat.
  2. Keep things moving at a steady pace.
  3. Protect the gut lining, the barrier between what’s in your gut and the rest of your body.
  4. Support a diverse microbiome, the trillions of microbes that live there.

These four jobs are connected. When one struggles, the others feel it.

During my SIBO relapses, I had bloating and constipation and a gut lining that never got a real break between flares. Chronically low stomach acid contributed to slow motility for me personally.

In order to fix a problem, you need to understand the cause of that problem.

But most of us don’t know which piece is the weak link. That’s the reason this bundle exists.

Why I built the Try-It-All Bundle

The Gutsy Bundle covers three of those jobs: digestion, motility and the gut lining.

The Try-It-All Bundle adds Good Guys, my spore-based probiotic gummy, so all four are in one box.

It’s built for trying. One box, one price, and a few weeks to find your favorites.

Product The job How to take it Price alone
Break Down Digestion 1 capsule per meal $41
Good Guys Microbiome 2 gummies a day $31
Move Now Motility 2 capsules a day $18
Tummy Soothe Gut lining 1 scoop (4 g) a day in liquid $69
Bought separately $159
Try-It-All Bundle (save $60) $99

Break Down, for the digestion piece

Break Down is a blend of pancreatic enzymes plus betaine HCl. It supports the breakdown of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and it includes lactase for dairy.

When food isn’t broken down well, it can sit and ferment. That’s often when the after-meal bloat shows up.

How to take it: 1 capsule per meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Not sure whether you need enzymes, betaine HCl, or both? Read Do You Need Digestive Enzymes or Betaine HCl?

Good Guys, for the microbiome piece

Good Guys is our spore-based probiotic gummy, made in partnership with Microbiome Labs. It’s a blend of 4 spore-forming Bacillus strains, including Bacillus indicus HU36 and Bacillus clausii SC109.

Spore-based strains are built to survive the trip through your stomach. So there’s no fridge, and no timing them around meals.

It supports gut microbial diversity and a healthy gut barrier.

How to take it: 2 gummies a day, any time, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Note: if you’re immunocompromised, pregnant, nursing, or have a central venous catheter, talk with your provider before starting any probiotic.

Move Now, for the motility piece

Move Now is magnesium bisglycinate chelate. Each magnesium ion is bonded to two molecules of glycine, so more magnesium is absorbed and better retained by the body.

Magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems in the body1. It supports regularity, muscle relaxation and restful sleep.

How to take it: 2 capsules a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. I take mine at night. If you’re sensitive to magnesium, start low.

Tummy Soothe, for the gut lining piece

Tummy Soothe combines ImmunoLin® (serum-derived immunoglobulins) with N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. Together they support a healthy gut lining and a healthy inflammatory response in the GI tract.

The immunoglobulins are serum-derived, so Tummy Soothe is dairy-free and gluten-free. It’s nearly tasteless, too.

How to take it: 4 grams (one scoop) in liquid once a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Water, bone broth or a smoothie all work.

I’m a little obsessed with ImmunoLin. I explain why in ImmunoLin as the Star Ingredient in Tummy Soothe.

You don’t have to start all four at once

In fact, I’d go slower.

Add one product every few days so you can tell how your body responds to each one:

  1. Break Down first, with meals.
  2. Good Guys a few days later.
  3. Move Now next.
  4. Tummy Soothe last.

Jot down how you feel as you go: after meals, regularity, sleep, overall comfort. Those notes will make the next step easy. [Use either/both the gut healing journaling system or the GUTSY app for tracking. Life changing. I promise.]

Make note: if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical care, talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.

How to figure out which ones to keep

After about four weeks, look at your notes via the journal or app and ask two questions for each product:

  1. Did I notice a difference?
  2. Is it easy to keep taking?

Two yeses? That’s a keeper.

Then reorder your favorites individually. If Break Down and Move Now both made the cut, the MAGnificent Duo gets you both together. If Tummy Soothe did too, that’s The Gutsy Bundle.
