For years, I chased one fix at a time.
A probiotic for the bloat. Some laxative for the cramping. A different magnesium every few months, hoping the next bottle would be the one that finally got things moving.
None of it stuck. And now I know why: I was treating one piece of a multi-part problem.
But first, what actually goes wrong in a struggling gut?
There are three jobs your gut has to do well, every single day.
It has to break down what you eat. It has to move things through on schedule. And it has to keep its lining intact, so what’s inside your gut stays inside your gut.
Digestion. Motility. Barrier.
Miss one, and the other two start to strain. Undigested food sits and ferments, which slows motility further. Slow motility gives bacteria more time to irritate an already-thin lining. A compromised lining lets in what should’ve stayed out, and digestion gets harder. It’s a loop, not three separate problems.
For me personally, that loop was the whole story of my SIBO relapse. I didn’t just have bloating. I had bloating and constipation and a gut lining that never got the chance to fully heal between flares. Fixing one without the other two meant I was always one stressful week away from being back where I started.
That’s the thinking behind The Gutsy Bundle. Three formulas, one for each job, so you’re not leaving two-thirds of the loop untouched.

Break Down — for the digestion piece
This is the one I reach for with meals, not after them.
Break Down combines pancreatic enzymes with betaine HCl to help your body actually break apart the fats, proteins, and starches you’re eating instead of leaving them half-digested. Half-digested food is fermenting food. Fermenting food is bloat.
Take 1 capsule per meal, or as directed by your practitioner.
Move Now — for the motility piece
Slow motility doesn’t fix itself. There’s always a reason for it, and for a lot of women, that reason is simply not enough absorbable magnesium.
Move Now uses chelated magnesium bisglycinate, a form your body can actually use instead of just passing through. It supports regularity, nerve function, and rest, which matters more than people realize: a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight will not digest well no matter what else you’re doing.
Take 2 capsules per day. Start low if you’re sensitive. Magnesium can loosen stool at higher doses, and that’s normal, not a red flag.
Note: I take this one at night before bedtime. Calmer sleep combined with perfect am movement.
Tummy Soothe — for the barrier piece
This is the one people skip, and it’s the one I’d argue matters most long term.
Tummy Soothe uses serum-derived immunoglobulins to bind toxins like LPS and flagellin before they can trigger an immune response at your gut lining. Think of it as backup for a barrier that’s already under strain. It won’t do the work Break Down or Move Now do. It protects the lining while those two do theirs.
Mix 4 grams, about one scoop, into water or another liquid once a day.

You don’t have to start all three at once
Some women dive in day one. Others add one formula at a time over a couple of weeks and watch how their body responds before adding the next.
Both are fine. There’s no prize for starting fast, only for staying consistent.
If you’re pregnant, lactating, under medical care, or on medication, talk to your provider before starting any of the three. That’s not a formality. It’s how you use these safely.
The Gutsy Bundle is $123 for all three formulas, Break Down, Move Now, and Tummy Soothe, together. Use code AGUTSYGIRL at checkout for 15% off.
What real customers are saying
“I hardly bloat anymore and the embarrassing gas is gone.”
— Allison P.
“The biggest improvement is no bloating anymore. I never want to be without them.”
— Amy
“Keeps me regular and breaks down the food that I eat. I highly recommend it.”
— Karen Stai
I built this because I got tired of watching women, myself included, fix one-third of the problem and wonder why they still felt stuck.
Digestion, motility, and your gut lining aren’t three separate healing projects. They’re one.
