For most, it’s: apples, pumpkin, and maybe even Halloween candy 🙂
But the fall season and foods that go along with it are far more.

Hearty Foods
This fall, my goal is to use each and every one of these at least one time.
My absolute favorites include:
- Pumpkin
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Brussels sprouts
- Kabocha
p.s. Many of those ingredients are used in my AIP Bread recipe!
Question: What is your favorite fall food? It doesn’t have to be a single food item, but could also be something like pumpkin bread, spaghetti squash, baked apples, homemade applesauce, or stuffing!

I love using my slow cooker in the fall…mainly use it with chicken or pork with lots of veggies!!
Totally agree. I just used the slow cooker for homemade granola, too. I may or may not have 5 slow cookers.
What a cute idea to eat all of those different foods. I love pumpkin pie. Yum that is for sure a fun food to eat every fall!
Thanks! Yeah, love some Pumpkin Pie. Anything pumpkin, really!
