Sharing is caring!

I have been making Vision Boards for the past few years now. This year I committed to trying a digital version. Today I want to teach you how to make a digital vision board.

The “chicken scratch” notes I wrote down while preparing looked like this:

  • mind
  • body
  • spirit

  • learning re. herb books
  • read mostly non-fiction
  • say the daily mantra

Body

  • do one trail race
  • workout 4-6 x’s a week, nothing excessive
  • take naps
  • cook and bake more at home
  • H2O!

Spirit

  • read the Bible even more
  • meditate on my own and with the Breathe App

Minimal

  • get rid of things
  • keep clean
  • do an iPhone dump once per month
  • do laundry daily

Growth

  • grow A Gutsy Girl
  • relationship with the babies

Digital Vision Board

My One Word: Growth + Minimal

Just kidding. Two ‘my one words.’ You’ll also see mind, body, spirit. This is because I’m desiring to grow more in all three areas.

When I read and look at everything on this Digital Vision Board, I feel a sense of peace and calm.

It has me hyper-focused on family, love, business, and less.

You see it all and think, “You can’t have less when you have so many things on this list.”

I love what Jill Stanton kept saying on their podcast the other day, “Do less, better.”

So good, and so practical.

Digital Vision Board and Gut Healing

So what does all of this have to do with gut healing?

For me, there wasn’t a ton of focus on the gut, per se. All of the things on my list, however, can and do play into me staying healthy and well with no relapses. At this point, to set specific gut-healing goals just doesn’t make sense.

I don’t fix things if they are not broken.

But for you, if you want to create a digital gut healing vision board, then I’d strongly suggest placing both primary and secondary foods on your board. Create a list like I did, but alter it to fit you and your goals.

A good place to start might be the Gut Health To Do List. Make that list, then use it for this project. Here are some gut-related Pinterest boards where you might find image inspiration:

  1. The Leaky Gut Meal Plan
  2. A Gutsy Girl
  3. A Gutsy Girl Instagram
  4. Supplements
  5. Gut Healing Bullet Journal
  6. Natural Healing | SIBO, autoimmune, adrenal fatigue
  7. Integrative Nutrition
  8. Healthy Lifestyle

I’d love to see your own vision board, whatever you create. Upload it to Instagram and tag me, @agutsygirl.

Xox,
SKH
