Some of these recipes are mine, some are not, but all of them are gluten and dairy free at the very least since they are all menu items I’d have on my own Thanksgiving menu.

Thanksgiving Menu: Main Meal
- Slow-Cooked Turkey Thyme
- Sausage and Kale Stuffing. {That recipe is not gluten free. So when I made it in 2013, here were the substitutions I did: I used 5 pieces of Udi’s Gluten-Free Whole Grain Bread, instead of unsalted butter I used Ghee butter, instead of breakfast sausage I used 5 links of Aidell’s Artichoke and Garlic Sausage (still removed casein) and finally, instead of the low-sodium, packaged chicken broth, I used my homemade chicken broth.}
- Roast Turkey with Apples and Onions
- Thanksgiving Risotto (dairy free, gluten free, vegan)
- Spiced Honey-Thyme Roasted Butternut Squash (gluten free, grain free, dairy free, soy free, egg free, unprocessed)
- Paleo Thanksgiving Turkey with Fresh Herb Rub
- Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Miso Mash (gluten free, grain free, dairy free, egg free, unprocessed)
- “Cornbread” Paleo Thanksgiving Stuffing {Grain Free, Dairy Free}
- Crock Pot Rosemary Carrot Parsnip Mash (Paleo)
- Green Bean Casserole (Paleo)
Thanksgiving Menu: Dessert
