Why did you come out with your own supplement line?

The truth?

Because there are many supplements I still use and love to this day, ones that were also a huge part of my gut-healing journey.

Due to my extensive research and trial-and-error on my own, I knew exactly what I wanted and which ones would be most beneficial to the Gutsy community.

That being said….

How did you create your own supplement line?

I did not just “create my own line.”

Over the years, I have spent thousands upon thousands on supplements. I have used almost every single reputable brand out there, given to me directly from practitioners.

And then, in July of 2022, one of these brands reached out to me to see if I’d like to partner with them. Because I had already used their products along my journey and knew that 99.9% of the most respected practitioners out there already recommended the brand, I said yes without hesitation.

What this meant for both me + you is:

• I could instantly bring their exceptional quality and high regulatory standards to the A Gutsy Girl brand. These are science-based formulas designed to maximize successful treatment outcomes. (There are, literally, 18 people on my science team.)
• There was no need to reinvent the wheel because the digestive-focused products were already top-notch and best-sellers on the marketplace.
• My products would offer high-quality formulas, manufacturing, regulatory practices, and therapeutic results. 

Are your supplements privately tested?

Yes! The entire line is third-party tested to ensure quality standards of all raw materials and labeled ingredients.

Additionally, they are manufactured in NSF-certified GMP facilities.

Finally, the supplements are tested for genus, species, molds, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and other impurities that affect clinical outcomes.

Do your products contain gluten?

No!

My products do not contain gluten, soy, artificial flavors, or sweeteners.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the following places:

• United States
• Canada
• Some (other) international places

International Shipping Policy

• We are not liable for and will not refund any orders lost, damaged or confiscated by customs. You are purchasing at your own risk.
• Once processed, international shipments may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. This can vary greatly based on the country and its customs process. 
• We do not consider package lost in transit until 45 days after shipment. If determined lost, we must open a tracer claim with the shipping carrier before taking any corrective action. If your package is determined lost, a lost package affidavit email will be sent from our third-party claims company (U-PIC) to confirm non-delivery. All lost package claims must be reported within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• Some duty tax fees may apply, however we cannot predict them in advance. Please refer to your Customs agency for more information before ordering.

Please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated.

We are not liable for any damages or additional fees caused or accrued by customs. We are not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk.

If a package is returned to us by Customs in good condition, we will refund you for the cost of the product minus the shipping cost incurred by us.

Please see the below countries we are unable to deliver to per their customs laws and restrictions:  Mexico, Germany, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Brazil and South Africa.

I’m pregnant. Are your supplements safe?

All of these ingredients in our supplement line have been shown to be acceptable for pregnant women but none of these products specifically have been tested on pregnant women.

You should always consult your doctor before taking any supplement specifically during pregnancy.

Can Move Now (magnesium capsules) be opened and mixed with a little water to consume?

That is absolutely fine.

It could also be mixed with a little food such as applesauce.

What is your return policy?

Any unopened product can be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund.

You will only pay the S&H fees.

Why do you sometimes add new supplements to the lineup and/or remove others?

It’s simple. My goal is to provide YOU with the best. And every single day I’m learning and exploring more in the supplement realm.

If and when I find something new and unique that I can bring to the community, I’ll add it.

Likewise, if I find something on the market that already exists and is better than what I can provide you from a quality and pricing standpoint, then I’ll drop it from my line and share what the replacement is that you can get.
