Just came across your info as I am searching for relief from my first bad flare up with UC. I do not want to take drugs so I was happy to see your info come up. I am also a true believer in Jesus Christ and what a blessing that was to know you are and are sharing that with us. Please pray for me. I would love your post on colitis if you would send to me.
In Christ alone,
Jody
Hi Jody! It’s so nice to meet you. I will pray for you. If you just go to the “search” bar on my site you will be able to find anything you want to know. All my hugs. xox
I’m so very excited you’re doing this! I’m a health and wellness expert and life performance coach struggling with gut issues. It’s tough to be such a healthy “unhealthy” person, always dealing with flares. I’m always educating myself and your blog and IG is a huge part of my learning. Thanks Sarah!

Hi! I am suffering from perioral dermatitis and just curious which beauty counter cleanser and moisturizer you liked the best for that condition? Thank you!!!
Hi Stacy – I’d love to help you personally, so please email me sarahkay@agutsygirl.com Thanks!
Hi! Do you work with people to heal?
Like do you take clients? I think your info is so good but I get overwhelmed where to start, etc
Thanks
Zoe
Hi, Zoe! I’m not currently working with anyone 1-on-1. However, I’d highly encourage you to join this –> http://bit.ly/agg28lggp
Hi there, I am in the U K about to have an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on the same day. For a morning appointment Moviprep is taken from 5pm the day before with a 1hour break and second lot taken at 8pm .Then bed when prep has stopped working. Nothing more to eat or drink before procedure. Endoscopy 1st with an offer of I V injection or numbing throat spray. then Colonoscopy if patient has had numbing spray then they are offered Gas and Air which the patient self administers ( rather the same as offered during labour ). I have had both of these before as I just don`t like the spaced out feeling of I V injections. Just thought I would enlighten you as to the U K way of doing these procedures. I am a 78 year old female and do believe Mind over Matter helps in most medical procedures.
Cheers
Lorna
