I do not always know the specific solution for your specific issues, but I do always know that if you are not a part of that solution, the problem still exists.

Day 11: Be Part of the Solution

On page 4 of The Gutsy Girl’s Bible: an approach to healing the gut, 2.0, I state,
There are a million ways to approach anything in life. Healing the gut is no different.
My journey has been a long one. My story is likely to mirror many of your own stories.
I am confident that food and lifestyle vs. drugs and medication are the answer to healing the gut naturally.
My goal is to do everything I can to help Gutsy women live a healthier, happier life.
This is my passion – helping you.
I am committed to you, and I hope you are nothing less than 110% committed to yourself.
Countless women have succeeded and have begun their own true healing journey upon reading the e-book.
Out of the thousands who have downloaded and read it, I can only recall a few who have not succeeded. And what I have learned during these past few years of helping women is that those who do not succeed are those who think they don’t (actually) have to be a part of the solution.
Excuses run wild, “someone or something” is prohibiting them from their goals, and so on.
Problems don’t change unless people change problems.
You can read all the books, know all the supplements, research every therapy and have an entire library of healing tools tucked away in your purse.
But at the end of the day if you are not 110% committed to you as part of the solution, then if it’s a forever solution you are searching for, you just might be searching forever.
