This is the last sort of “recap + goals” post I’ll do before hitting all the new 2019 content I have planned here. Today I’m sharing the 2019 Reader Survey Results.
You will heal. I will help.
It’s not only time for the December 2018 Bone Broth Chat, but it’s also the very last day of 2018. Doesn’t even seem real. It’s currently 4:22 am. I sit here with some great coffee and am filled with gratitude for all that this year brought. One last post to round out this year before I share my 2019 Vision Board, goals and thoughts tomorrow.
I’ve been thinking on my one word for quite some time now. Initially it was actually three words. But as I sat down to create my 2019 bullet journal yesterday, it all became clear that one word was all I truly needed. Intention is where I landed.
The biggest lesson I learned in 2018 had to be learned the hard way. I don’t regret learning it; remember, no regrets, but it definitely caught me off guard….hard.
Yesterday during a massage, the masseuse asked me, “You’ve been here almost a year now, right?” I replied, “Yes. Exactly one year tomorrow (today).” She asked, “Have any regrets about moving back to Minnesota?” Without giving it a single thought, I said, “No regrets, and absolutely zero things to regret about making the move from California to Minnesota.”
I’m sharing my top 4 organic tampons today because I recently received the following message, “Totally random question… I’m due any day now with baby #3 and know from previously that I want an all cotton pad. (Sorry TMI) Do you have a brand you love or recommend for feminine products?”
