Sharing my story while providing both inspiration and education on gut healing, gut health, and building a brand around it is my passion. I look forward to sharing this with you and your team(s).
Working on a brand like Activia and Actimel, I talk about gut health and probiotics every day. I admit that sometimes I thought that the stories I could tell to my consumer target were not so interesting… Couple of months ago, I took part to a marketing convention in LA and I got the honor to meet Sarah and to listen to her speech about “Gut health”. I’d never ever thought this topic could be so interesting and engaging! Sarah is such a good speaker, enriching her deep scientific knowledge with her personal experience! I wish everyone to have the chance to listen to one of her amazing talks! Grazie, Sarah, you are so inspiring!
Wellness programs save companies millions of dollars per year.
J&J’s leaders estimate that wellness programs have cumulatively saved the company $250 million on health care costs over the past decade; from 2002 to 2008, the return was $2.71 for every dollar spent. (source)
And, according to Wellable, here are 11 Benefits Of Employee Wellness Program Statistics:
- Fifty-six percent of employees had fewer sick days because of wellness programs. (Zippia, 2023)
- Ninety-one percent of employees feel more inclined to do their best work when executive upper management prioritizes employee well-being. (American Psychological Association, 2017)

But these “wellness trends” are shifting faces and taking on new meaning.
No longer are people wishing to simply “mask” their problems with drugs and medications.
They are looking to address the root of their problems.
Likewise, no longer are we settling for diets consisting only of fat-free, sugar-free foods.
Mainstream diet culture is rarely synonymous with a true diet for gut health.
The “Real Food Movement” has arrived, and by both fully understanding and incorporating it into our lives, we are able to live healthier and happier lives.
I have studied, practiced and preached these ideas for several years, and I want to share the message with as many people as possible.
I will work hand-in-hand with you to prepare the presentations and workshops of your choice.

Building a Brand
- Marketing background. I graduated from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, and English.
- I worked in the natural foods industry from 2015 – late 2019 as a digital storyteller, food photographer, content creator, and Marketing Director prior to diving into A Gutsy Girl full-time (late 2019).
- I’ve built the A Gutsy Girl brand from the ground up. And then we launched our own supplement line to compliment the brand (guthealingsupplements.com).
- My brand includes no BS. I provide honest information and education for people on various points of their journey. The way I communicate it is simple, truthful, and digestible, something lacking in the space.
