DIY Lemonade for Constipation

Refreshing lemonade for both gut healing and gut health.

Ingredients
  

  • 12-16 oz water
  • 1/2 scoop collagen
  • 1-2 lemons small, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp electrolyte
  • 1 scoop Vitamin C powder
  • 1 tsp monk fruit
  • ice as desired

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a shaker, and shake vigorously until completely blended together.
  • Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
