Almond Java Chip Smoothie

Perfect early morning smoothie to get the day started. [Gluten, dairy free]

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup coffee freshly brewed, over 1/2 cup ice cubes (to cool)
  • 1 banana large, ripe, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp monk fruit
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract pure
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (can go up to 1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and set aside for a few minutes to cool
  • Add all ingredients (including coffee) to blender
  • Blend until the mixture reaches consistency desired

Notes

Optional (but awesome) add in: 2 tablespoons Java Almond Chip nut butter.
