Vegan Mac n Cheese
A creamy Vegan Mac n Cheese that's also gluten, corn, and soy free.

- 2 boxes Jovial Pasta Shells 12 oz. boxes
- 1/2 container Miyoko's Cheers to Cheddah Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Buttery Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- sea salt to taste
Make pasta according to box directions. Rinse and return to pan.
Add the Miyoko's, Buttery Coconut Oil, and plant-based milk. Stir until completely mixed together.
Use sea salt to taste.
Serve warm.
