Tuna Melt Tuna [Gluten, Dairy, and Egg Free]
A tuna salad full of flavor and zing, but without gluten, grains, dairy, soy or eggs.

- 2 cans wild tuna drained
- 1.5 Tbsp red onion minced
- 1 tsp parsley fresh
- 1/4 cup egg-free mayo
- 1.5 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Mix together completely.
Eat immediately, place in the fridge for later or place on top of the buns to make the tuna melt.
