Tuna Melt Tuna [Gluten, Dairy, and Egg Free]

A tuna salad full of flavor and zing, but without gluten, grains, dairy, soy or eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans wild tuna drained
  • 1.5 Tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tsp parsley fresh
  • 1/4 cup egg-free mayo
  • 1.5 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Mix together completely.
  • Eat immediately, place in the fridge for later or place on top of the buns to make the tuna melt.
