- 1 scoop Collagen
- 1 scoop Chocolate Collagen Perfect Supplements
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- pinch baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir together.
Then, add the wet ingredients (the egg and apple cider vinegar) to the mixture and mix together by hand until you reach a desired consistency for your pancakes.
In a small pan, place about 1/2 tablespoon olive, coconut, or avocado oil over medium heat.
Once melted, pour the pancake mix onto the pan (alternatively you can use a pancake griddle).
Flip the pancake over once it starts to bubble.
Finish cooking, them remove from heat.
