Chocolate Mint Protein Mug Cake
An easy dessert, ready in 1 minute. Free from gluten, dairy, and eggs. Tastes like a thin mint cookie!

- 2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder heaping Tablespoon, dairy-free protein powder
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp monk fruit
- 1 tsp Chocolate Mint LMNT
- 1 flax "egg"
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 6 Tbsp plant-based milk
In a small, microwave-safe mug (or bowl) mix together the dry ingredients (first 7)
Add in the wet ingredients (last 2)
Completely mix together (top with the chocolate chips, should you decide to use them)
Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
