Okay, it's time to get down to the nitty gritty - breaking it all down, answering your questions about this book.
Of course! Here you go....
AHHHHHH.....okay, then here you go :)
It's for you, the Gutsy Girl.
Who is the Gutsy Girl?
Well, here is exactly what I state on page 11 in the book,
Everyone is seemingly talking about “gut health” these days. But you, my friend, are no stranger to the conversation. If you’re reading this book, at the very least, you have probably been struggling with some sort of gut issue that has left you feeling bloated, gassy, fatigued, irritable, sad, frustrated, and/or in some sort of physical pain. Perhaps where you find yourself today is even further along the road. You may have been suffering for a while, and perhaps a doctor has told you, “It’s just IBS.” Or maybe you have even received a more specific diagnosis like SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), acid reflux, H. pylori, celiac disease, colitis, or diverticulitis.
Any and all of the above make you part of the Gutsy Girl club. I’m not saying it’s a club you necessarily want to be part of, but chances are good that if you’ve nodded to any of the above, you are a part of it—at least for
now. The good news is that after reading this book and taking the time to apply the strategies to your own journey, you’ll be well on your way to lasting gut healing and lifelong gut health.
In other words, to put it simply:
Yes, it's very intuitive.
It's a book like any other that you'd read.
But it's also a 21-day experience. For that, I provide prompts.
Yes, of course! Here you go. Make note that they are simple. What we did was included a massive Index at the end of the book for drilling down even more.
The goals for the book are as follows:
Once you receive your book, my best suggestion is to read through it once so you understand all pieces. This book was made to read and use time-and-time again, marking up in various ways and adjusting for wherever you're at.
In order for the full inspiration to pull through, though, I'd strongly recommend just reading it in its entirety prior to starting your own 21-day journey.
No, there are no recipes and/or meal plans in the book.
That said, you should know:
I have a FREE Master Gutsy Resource spreadsheet with a tab titled, "Practitioner Referrals' where you will find practitioners I have either gone to or recommend based on research, experience and other Gutsy women recommendations. You can get access to it for FREE HERE.
I sure did, but this one is NOTHING like any of the previous ones.
In fact, here is an image from the very first one ever created:
This book is vastly different!
Vastly. Different.
This is another one of those questions that I answer in great detail on the podcast episode above. The episode shares my heart on the thought, so listen in.
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and I've found that 21 days is the perfect length for starting on a new lifestyle plan like this one. If you can stay consistent for 21 days and find that what you're doing works, you'll feel motivated to do another 21 days. And if you need to pivot and go in a new direction, 21 days is short enough that you can easily reevaluate, readjust, and start fresh.
Yes!
The physical books are printed and shipped via Amazon, so if you have access to Amazon, you have access to this book.
The book is diet agnostic.
I d not teach, nor do I believe, that there is any one templated diet that works across the board.
The book teaches you to understand what that diet looks like for you, as an individual.
Its simplicity was intentional. I wanted every last thing about the book to scream your journey, not my journey.
Keeping everything as simple as possible was the way to achieve that.
No one provided a single penny for me to write, produce, and publish this book.
And believe me when I tell you that when you decide to professionally write, edit, and publish a book on your own, it is not cheap.
But I chose to do it this way so that the entire book could and would be 100% authentically me. You'll hear me talk about it in the podcast episode above, but even the cover is different from when a publisher published The Leaky Gut Meal Plan. That cover was not me or my style at all.
But this cover?! All me.
The content inside. All me.
And for these reasons, I am beyond proud to share it with the world.
Absolutely!
The physical book is set up for selling anywhere and everywhere, as it contains an ISBN on the back of the book.

No, unfortunately at this time, the book is only available in English.
However, we are wanting to get it translated into Spanish next!
The answer is one big, fat NO.
I wrote this book after I healed for good, for the final time in 2018 (after years of relapses).
This book shares the stories from along the way, and how I healed.
It's a compilation of all the things in one place.
Besides that, here are other things that are different:
So no, no you can't find any of that in my former products mentioned at the beginning of this email.
I am so passionate about this book and its ability to transform lives, and I can't wait for you to grab your copy!
