Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Collagen Gut Garden
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Collagen Perfect Supplements
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • pinch baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir together.
  • Then, add the wet ingredients (the egg and apple cider vinegar) to the mixture and mix together by hand until you reach a desired consistency for your pancakes.
  • In a small pan, place about 1/2 tablespoon olive, coconut, or avocado oil over medium heat.
  • Once melted, pour the pancake mix onto the pan (alternatively you can use a pancake griddle).
  • Flip the pancake over once it starts to bubble.
  • Finish cooking, them remove from heat.
  • Top with anything desired and enjoy this delicious healthy recipe.
