Returns and Returning Your Order
Rarely does anyone want to return their journal. In fact, most people go through the first three months, then think, “I need another one!”
However, we are realists over here in Gutsy-ville, too.
If you receive a journal that has been damaged or is not what you expected, you can return the journal within 7 days of receipt to the address listed in your package (Lindon, UT).
Once the journal has been returned in the same condition and package you received it in, our team will be notified from the printer. At this point, we will refund your money.
Please note a few things:
- As we are a very small business, you will be responsible for any return postage costs.
- When returning we advise that you use a tracked shipping method and keep hold of your tracking details.
- Since the e-journal gives you full, instant access, it cannot be returned unless otherwise noted via an email to our team (opportunities @ agutsygirl.com).
If you believe the journal is not as described please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
