WHO CAN APPLY?

• Anyone with a health and wellness website or blog is welcome to apply for an affiliate account.
• You must have a Tax ID or Social Security number in order to submit an affiliate application and you’re required to submit a W9 form if your affiliate application is approved.

THEN WHAT?

• Affiliate applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
• If your affiliate application has been approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with all of your affiliate account details.
