3-Ingredient Vegan Whipped Cream

A simple, 3-ingredient vegan whipped cream using coconut butter for the added thickness of real whipped cream.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk, placed in the fridge overnight prior to using
  • ½ teaspoon monk fruit
  • ⅓ cup Organic Coconut Manna
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, place ½ cup full-fat coconut milk, sugar, and manna.
  2. Using a handheld blender of some sort, blend on medium-high until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  3. Add the last tablespoon of coconut milk, stir by hand, and enjoy!
Notes
Coconut Manna is the brand name (from Nutiva) for coconut butter. If you don't have Manna, you can easily swap in plain coconut butter.
