Sautéed Ginger Bok Choy with Spinach

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 2-3 handfuls spinach
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the very ends of the Bok Choy off.
  2. Cut up the Bok Choy and place in a frying pan.
  3. Put a couple handfuls of spinach in the frying pan.
  4. Add about 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
  5. Then, add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  6. Finally, add 1-2 tablespoons olive oil.
  7. Turn the stove on low and go.
  8. Saute to your liking.
