'Nanna Oats

  • coconut milk light, 5 Tablespoons
  • 3 Tablespoons oat flour
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk light
  1. Combine the first two ingredients (coconut milk light and oat flour) and make the oatmeal, per the above.
  2. Once the oatmeal is done, place all ingredients in a blender (smaller blender for this one will work better).
  3. Blend to a puree.
  4. Pour puree into your Fresh Squeezed Squeeze station (setup instructions above), cap and put away.
  5. The end.
