- 2 bananas, ripened and frozen
- ½ - 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ - 1 Tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- ice cubes, handful
- Freeze a couple ripened bananas.
- Once frozen, take them out, and place in a blender with about ½-1 c. coconut milk.
- Add about ½-1 Tablespoon fresh mint leaves.
- Add a handful of crushed ice cubes.
- Blend.
