- 4 chicken thighs
- olive oil
- sage
- honey
- sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat a small baking pan with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the pan, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top each piece of chicken with one sprig of sage.
- Drizzle a little honey over each piece of chicken, and add a few pinches of sea salt.
- Bake for about 28 minutes.
