Mushroom and Spinach Turkey Burgers

- ground turkey, organic when possible (1 pound)
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tsp. jalapenos, diced
- 2 tbsp. parsley, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. basil
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Form into patties of whatever thickness you enjoy.
- Grill outside or in a pan on the stove.
