I announced a couple of days ago that I’ve made the decision to run the Rock ‘n Roll Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon!

It’s mostly a mix of Hal Higdon’s Intermediate and Advanced Program (with a few changes). If you are 11 weeks out from a 1/2 marathon, feel free to follow this program with me! I have made it very easy to see what I’m doing by embedding my Training Calendar below! (I love this “accountability!”) Don’t worry if you don’t hit every single run, but don’t be missing too many. And also don’t worry if you switch certain days around. I know that some weekends I may choose my “long run” on a Saturday vs. Sunday. Do what you can, with what your schedule allows. No matter what, just get it done!
