I am a Holistic Health Coach.

This is a totally random post today, but I really wanted to share with y’all.

I write a ton on my blog with the hopes that I inspire someone, somewhere, somehow.

I don’t toot on (ha – pun maybe intended) about myself and my accomplishments without also telling you how to achieve the same.

Today, though, I must.

Today I am thrilled.

60 minutes ago I passed my final Institute for Integrative Nutrition exam….with flying colors – 100%.

I remember back on December 31, 2010, I said that 2011 would be the year I enrolled and finished the program.

But then that didn’t happen, even though the passion towards doing it never left my mind and body.

And then I woke up one day over a year ago and thought to myself,

Helping women with their digestive issues – both physically and mentally – and helping women lead healthier, happier lives in general is what I was born to do.

I stopped wanting, wishing, hoping, thinking, and praying that just maybe it would magically appear.

Life doesn’t work that way.

So I enrolled on July 29, 2011.

I have gone days, months and years with helping people and giving advice for free. Helping women is my passion, but now it’s time to earn what I’m worth, while also providing every ounce of my passion, dedication, knowledge, tools, and resources I’ve acquired over the years.
